Job Summary
Lead the Commercial Roofing Service Department, overseeing safety, quality control, profitability, and customer satisfaction for commercial/industrial service work. Responsibilities include motivating/directing office and field employees, interviewing/hiring/training and promoting staff, coordinating sales support, overseeing work orders (setup, processing, invoicing), reviewing aging reports, and driving continual growth and quality improvements. Requires strong communication (English; Spanish a plus), extensive roofing knowledge (BUR, shingles, tile, single-ply, metal, waterproofing), and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling. Must ensure safe working environment, maintain quality control, and coordinate across branches; physical demands include standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to varying temperatures. Minimum 5 years roofing experience and OSHA 30 card; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School graduate / College preferred
- Years of Experience: 5 Years minimum experience in the roofing industry
- Certifications: 30 Hour OSHA Construction card, First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne pathogen training preferred.
