Job Summary
Manage complex, high-value commercial relationships and lead the daily oversight of service colleagues. First-line decision maker who mitigates escalated issues, resolves complex problems independently, and ensures adherence to bank policies while retaining key accounts. Provide exceptional oversight of onboarding, deposit, and loan accounts, facilitating complex features and approving multi-million dollar transactions. Serve as a key resource to establish workflows, solve operational issues, and implement new processes for the Commercial Segment. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and Relationship Managers, delivering a best-in-class experience across diverse portfolios including Fund Finance, REITs, and Healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- High school, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in commercial banking
