Job Summary
Manage complex, highly visible commercial customer relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolios ranging from $50MM to $2BB+. Independently resolve complex problems, mitigate escalated issues, and ensure adherence to bank policies while facilitating multi-million dollar transactions and special handling requirements. Provide Category of One experiences by overseeing onboarding, deposit and loan accounts, and specialized services such as Escrow Services and Controlled Disbursement. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Deal Teams to deepen sales, enhance retention, and navigate sensitive verticals including Fund Finance, REITs, and Healthcare. Maintain professional, discreet communications during customer meetings and stay informed of customer strategies and business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High school, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years in commercial banking
- Focus in deposits
- Focus in loans
- Focus in treasury management
- Focus in customer service
- Focus in banking operations
- High aptitude of business acumen
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
