Job Summary
Seasoned Commercial Lender responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial customers with a strong emphasis on deposits and loans. The role involves visiting clients and prospects, analyzing financial structures, preparing loan reports, evaluating credit requests, and educating clients on bank products and services to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The position requires building trusted relationships, uncovering client needs, and providing quality service aligned with bank goals. The work includes negotiating and managing credit and non-credit relationships within a Hybrid work model for a Florida-based portfolio, with expectations of effective sales and portfolio management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial credit with an established portfolio
- Effective sales ability and persuasiveness
- Evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary
