Job Summary
Identify, prioritize, and develop relationship strategies for high-value retention, expansion, and acquisition targets within a dedicated geographic area. Deliver tailored client solutions across a broad range of products and services, isolating emerging needs to proactively introduce relevant offerings. Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, and compliance documentation. Execute advice-driven client and prospect calls while exercising credit acumen and pricing discipline. This exempt, incentive-eligible role targets clients with revenues up to $20MM in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) years experience in Commercial Banking
- Six (6) years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
- High school diploma or GED
- Eight (8) years experience in Commercial Banking
- Ten (10) years experience in closely related client-facing financial services

- Commercial Banking experience
- Relationship Management experience
- Credit/Analyst experience
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of bank lending programs, credit policies, and specialty products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong business acumen to provide financial services consultation to commercial clients
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
