Job Summary
Commercial Relationship Manager I focused on delivering tailored client solutions across a broad range of products within a dedicated geographic area, primarily targeting clients with revenues up to $20MM. Responsibilities include identifying and developing relationship strategy for high-value retention and expansion, delivering knowledgeable advice to institutionalize client relationships, optimizing revenue opportunities, isolating client needs and proactively presenting solutions, coordinating with business partners in a team-based delivery model, planning and executing client/prospect calls centered on advice-driven delivery, and managing transaction processes from initial engagement through final close (including structure, pricing, internal approvals, and documentation). Requires credit acumen, pricing discipline, and adherence to credit training; exempt from overtime and eligible for incentive pay. Strong skills in customer service, relationship-building, negotiation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years experience in Commercial Banking or four (4) years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
- High school diploma or GED and six (6) years experience in Commercial Banking or eight (8) years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
