Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 7–10 years of commercial banking experience, including portfolio management and credit underwriting
- Proven track record in new business development and relationship growth
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit, treasury services, and deposit products
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
