Job Summary
Manages a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial clients, underwrites loans (construction, interim, and permanent financing), and develops new business opportunities. Works independently and may mentor junior staff. Sources and develops new loan and deposit business, negotiates terms and structures loan financing based on risk considerations, and presents credits for approval. Maintains strong relationship banking with proactive client contact, delivering superior product knowledge and service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requires strong analytical, financial, and sales-focused skills in a full-time exempt role based in Fishers, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred
- Minimum of three to five years of commercial lending experience
- Strong credit skills and business development abilities
- Knowledge of loan structuring and risk assessment
- Formal credit training preferred
