Job Summary
Commercial Relationship Manager – C&I Lending: develop and acquire new commercial clients, manage and grow existing client relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include credit assessment of potential and current clients, loan origination, cross-selling bank products, monitoring loan portfolios, collaborating with credit analysts/underwriters, and staying informed on market trends to identify growth opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 5+ years in commercial banking focused on C&I lending, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of C&I lending products and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking with a focus on C&I lending
- Strong analytical and credit assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of C&I lending products, banking regulations, and industry best practices
- Certification such as CCB or CCLO (a plus)
