Job Summary
Commercial Relationship Manager IV responsible for marketing a broad range of products and services to medium and large commercial clients, originating and managing complex C&I loans (including owner-occupied and investor real estate) and potentially construction/development lending. Focused on profiling and cross-selling commercial products to existing clients and prospects, building deposits and fee income, and expanding client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a quality loan portfolio for companies with revenues between $20–$150 million, negotiating pricing, monitoring financial information, expanding product knowledge, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines, identifying cross-sell opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of relationships, collecting financial data, mentoring teammates in credit analysis and underwriting, and collaborating with Treasury to solicit services. Requires strong credit skills, sales capability, and the ability to work in a collaborative, sales-driven environment; familiar with COIs, call programs, and preparing loan memorandums. Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience; strong writing, communication, and analytical abilities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or finance preferred
- Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience
- Very strong credit skills
- Proven track record with sales and new business development
- Ability to independently manage a specialty line of lending and complex lending structures
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance related to commercial lending
