Job Summary
Commercial Relationship Manager II role focused on developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients in Evansville, IN. Responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of commercial prospects, originating and structuring loans (working capital lines, term loans, owner-occupied and investment real estate), coordinating with credit to move deals through approval, delivering full banking solutions (lending, deposits, treasury management), and expanding relationships across the client balance sheet. Requires a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to grow a commercial portfolio, strong credit and deal-structuring skills, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve production targets (approximately $8M–$10M+ annually). Required Qualifications
