Job Summary
This role is an intermediate level commercial banking position focusing on business development and supporting senior bankers in portfolio management and complex credit functions. Responsibilities include managing a loan portfolio of $20MM to $50MM, achieving production and growth goals, developing new business, conducting relationship reviews, and collaborating with business partners. Applicants must exhibit strong credit analysis skills, knowledge of banking practices, and effective communication abilities, alongside a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent required
- 4-6 years in commercial lending or commercial credit underwriting
- Advanced credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills
- Knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, practices and documentation
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
- Computer skills essential, including Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize work and remain adaptable under pressure
