Job Summary
Commercial Relationship Manager II focuses on marketing a range of products to medium and large commercial clients, originating and servicing moderately complex C&I loans and CRE/owner-occupied and investor real estate, building a-deposits and fee income, cross-selling bank products, developing prospects and COIs, maintaining a quality loan portfolio, and ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines while collaborating with internal partners to expand client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or finance preferred or equivalent banking experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial banking experience and a proven track record of generating deposit and fee income
- Knowledge of CRE collateral documentation - title insurance, deeds of trust, assignment of rents & leases, hazard insurance, flood insurance, UCC filings
- Strong professional writing skills
- Ability to analyze financial and credit aspects of commercial real estate lending
- Ability to service and originate real estate and complex C&I loans
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance related to commercial lending
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Programs
