Job Summary
The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for providing lending solutions to commercial customers, maintaining a full-service banking atmosphere, and proactively soliciting new business. Essential functions include making loans to creditworthy borrowers, ensuring collections on past due accounts, monitoring loan portfolios, and supporting a Customer Service First sales culture. The role requires a bachelor's degree with an emphasis on accounting or finance, a year of credit analyst experience, knowledge of commercial lending laws, strong documentation and underwriting skills, and the ability to analyze financial statements.
