Commercial Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Job Summary
Develop and manage commercial banking relationships throughout Grand Rapids and surrounding communities. Originate Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and SBA loans. Build and maintain relationships with businesses of varying sizes and industries. Structure and present commercial credit opportunities. Provide a full suite of banking products and services to commercial clients. Maintain strong client service while supporting portfolio growth and credit quality. May assume an existing portfolio of clients upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial credit training and commercial banking experience preferred
- Experience with commercial lending, including C&I, CRE, and/or SBA lending
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to assess, structure, and present commercial credit opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative, relationship-focused banking environment
