Job Summary
Conduct thorough credit assessments, including financial statement analysis, collateral values, and cash flow projections to determine loan eligibility for commercial clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers while identifying and pursuing new opportunities through networking and industry events. Develop customized lending solutions, process loan applications, and coordinate with operations staff to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations, issue resolution, and annual financial information collections for existing portfolios. Provide guidance to team members, mentor relationship managers, and adhere to management routines for performance reviews and training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration (or equivalent degree) or equivalent years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years banking experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Ag lending experience a plus
