Job Summary
Analyze credit information, perform financial modeling, and assess client creditworthiness to support lending decisions and structure new and renewal loans. Conduct risk assessments, prepare credit summaries, and make recommendations to managers while structuring deals that align with bank policies and client requirements. Monitor portfolio performance, identify deteriorating conditions, and proactively address risks to minimize exposure. Support sales activities by developing proposals, presenting bids, and negotiating loan terms to capture new business and expand relationships. Manage data entry into banking systems and leverage analytics to spot revenue opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
- Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
