Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment including reach-ins, walk-ins, ice machines, and refrigeration units at customer sites. Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls while communicating clearly with customers and team members. Keep your service vehicle, tools, and paperwork organized and rotate on-call shifts with the team. Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record that aligns with our safety standards
