Job Summary
DHR Mechanical Services is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Foreman with 5+ years of experience and supervisory skills to lead installations, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality in commercial refrigeration projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of refrigeration systems, EMS, electrical circuits
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proven track record of delivering quality installations on time
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30
- EPA 608 Universal certifications (or willingness to obtain)
