Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and food equipment such as walk-ins, ice machines, fryers, and steamers in the field. Use work-order video on every job to document repairs and educate customers, then close the loop on quotes by clearly explaining issues and solutions. Work independently while coordinating with dispatch and parts teams, and be prepared to handle after-hours and weekend emergency calls during your on-call rotation. Bring three or more years of service experience, EPA certification, and a "whatever it takes" attitude to treat customers with respect and leave every site better than you found it.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial Refrigeration or Food Equipment service field experience with solid troubleshooting
- Comfortable running after-hours and weekend emergency calls when it's your turn on-call
- Professionalism and clear customer communication
- Brings a 'whatever it takes' attitude to the job site
- Can work independently, but knows how to tag-team when the situation calls for it
- Treats customers with respect, keeps them informed, and makes their problem your mission
- EPA Certification
