Job Summary
The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and commercial refrigeration such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, and freezers. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment; communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers; completes service calls accurately and timely; audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked; ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards; meets on-call requirements. Requires three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration, valid driver’s license, background check and drug screen. Journeyman license or CFESA certification not required but would be a plus.

- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards
- Journeyman License and/or CFESA certification not required but would be a plus
