Job Summary
Conduct assigned account collections for pre-legal and judgment cases, recovering unpaid balances from businesses and personal guarantors. Facilitate settlement offers, establish payment plans, process garnishments, and locate assets for execution while adhering to standard operating procedures and state/federal laws. Manage high-volume tasks, prioritize deadlines, and communicate professionally with clients to assess needs and evaluate satisfaction. Prepare detailed correspondence and collection letters for attorney review using MS Office and public record databases. Requires 75+ WPM typing skills and bi-lingual ability as a plus.
