Commercial Reconstruction Manager

Manage commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met. Lead teams on water, fire, and disaster-related rebuilds for commercial facilities, translating mitigation and insurance scopes into actionable construction plans. Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and scheduling while conducting regular on-site inspections for OSHA, IICRC, and NJ code compliance. Communicate proactively with clients, insurance representatives, and internal leadership to track budgets, profit margins, and billing approvals using DASH software. This full-time role includes occasional on-call time and requires 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, including direct exposure to insurance-driven restoration projects.
