Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-quality client service. Support the Miami office with a diverse, challenging caseload from the outset. Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing with 3+ years of experience in corporate and real estate transactions.
