Commercial Real Estate - Senior Underwriter

Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter responsible for underwriting CRE transactions and managing portfolio risk by ensuring timeliness and accuracy of credit actions; analyze borrower financials, cash flows, collateral valuation, sponsor strength, covenant sensitivities, and market conditions; prepare clear credit analyses and supporting documentation; execute straightforward credit requests for existing clients with limited supervision; assist with annual company-wide credit reviews; specialized focus on data center opportunities (hyperscale and colocation) including lease structures, construction, and resiliency metrics; support both new deal originations and refinancings, participate in term-sheet negotiation, and assist with budget monitoring and construction draw reviews; perform quarterly portfolio reviews, trend analyses, and covenant compliance; collaborate with Credit Approvers and Relationship Managers, and underpin effective communication across underwriting, risk, and technical advisors; advanced proficiency in Excel (cash flow modeling/scenario analysis) and familiarity with CRE/data center platforms (e.g., CoStar, nCino) preferred.
