Job Summary
Underwrite CRE originations and portfolio exposures for a broad range of asset classes; prepare clear, comprehensive credit analyses and supporting documentation; coordinate with Credit, Loan Administration and other groups to promote consistent credit documents and streamlined workflow; participate in quarterly portfolio reviews and client meetings; analyze borrower financials, property cash flows, and covenants; evaluate opportunities with typical transaction sizes in the $50MM–$750MM range; demonstrate strong analytical and technical writing skills and translate diligence into clear credit narratives; leverage Excel for cash flow modeling and scenario analysis, with familiarity in CRE/data center research platforms; collaborate across origination, portfolio management, credit risk, and technical advisors; located in Newport Beach, CA with in-office requirements three or more days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of experience in a finance/analytical related role
