Job Summary
Lead end-to-end commercial real estate project delivery across the Americas region, driving projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams while overseeing design, construction, and commissioning phases. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards, monitor project risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide clear reporting on progress, costs, and outcomes. This role requires proven experience managing CRE or construction projects and strong budget and schedule management skills. Located in Monterrey, Mexico with 40-60% travel, the position supports FLSmidth's MissionZero programme targeting zero-emissions mining by 2030.
