Job Summary
Role focused on managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity investments and performing portfolio oversight: participate in review, research, and reporting of property performance; identify opportunities for process improvements within scope; exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables; present recommendations for resolving more complex situations; collaborate with CRE Portfolio Management colleagues and stakeholders, including internal and external customers; ensure compliance with policies and risk and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience
- Graduate / Bachelor's Degree
