Job Summary

Conduct title work by reviewing title searches and preparing title commitments and insurance policies. Prepare closing and conveyance documents including deeds, transfer tax affidavits, and settlement statements. Manage document recording procedures, Secretary of State filings, and the calculation of proration for various closing costs. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on sophisticated real estate and financing transactions from start to finish. Requires prior commercial real estate or paralegal experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Reliably commute to Wilmington, DE five days per week.
