Job Summary
Paralegal supports commercial real estate transactions by preparing and filing real estate documents, monitoring closing checklists, calendaring obligations under contracts, coordinating the closing process with title companies to clear title and obtain title policies, reviewing and summarizing title commitments and surveys, and assisting in the preparation of consents and closing transcripts. Reports to supervising attorney(s); employees sign confidentiality and HIPAA agreements upon employment to protect client information. Minimum five years of commercial real estate experience.
