Job Summary
Boutique NYC litigation firm seeks a 4–6 year associate with experience in commercial real estate and business litigation to handle matters from pleadings through resolution, draft and argue motions (including injunctions and dispositive motions), conduct depositions and discovery, appear in court and arbitrate/mediate, negotiate settlements, and work closely with partners on strategy and client advisement. Role offers direct partner mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office) in New York City. Requires 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience with a strong background in commercial real estate disputes (lease, contract, lending/UCC, construction, lien, condo/co-op disputes), excellent writing/analytical skills, and ability to manage cases independently; no visa sponsorship available.
