Job Summary
Senior-level CRE lending role focused on originating, structuring, and managing a portfolio of investor real estate loans (construction, bridge, and permanent) ranging from $5M to $60M in the Phoenix metro area. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, loan structuring, portfolio and risk management, building relationships with developers, private equity, family offices, and institutional investors, collaborating with credit and underwriting teams, overseeing term-sheet negotiations and closings, and staying informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and financing structures across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Requires a strong CRE lending track record, deep knowledge of loan structures, and an established Phoenix-area network. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, construction finance, or structured real estate debt
- Strong track record in originating and managing CRE loans ranging from $5MM to $60MM
- Deep knowledge of construction, bridge, and permanent loan structures
- Well-established network of investors, developers, and industry professionals in the Phoenix market
- Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills, with experience evaluating complex real estate transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
