Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 3-6 years post-admission experience sought to join the Real Estate practice on a permanent basis. You will advise on large-scale property transactions including buying, selling and leasing of industrial, office and retail developments for diverse clients, and contribute to legislative advisory work. Responsibilities encompass due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts to buy/sell tenanted or vacant property, settlements (including PEXA), off-the-plan strata contracts, reviewing commercial/industrial/retail leases, land development and subdivision, drafting easements and restrictive covenants, retirement villages, and urban renewal. Strong client-facing communication, autonomous and collaborative work style, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service are essential. Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years post-admission experience
