Commercial Real Estate Insurance Analyst

Commercial Insurance Analyst responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance compliance activities and interfacing with investors, borrowers, and internal teams. Key duties include planning workload to meet benchmarks, auditing insurance certificates and policies for regulatory and investor compliance, conducting due diligence on loan documents, maintaining mortgage insurance files, identifying and communicating coverage deficiencies or risks, and producing written analyses for management and investors. Requires developing expertise in commercial insurance terminology, monitoring renewal coverage, updating loan reports, and supporting risk analysis while delivering high-quality customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team, and willingness to work extended hours when necessary. The salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with a flexible schedule prioritizing in-office teamwork and remote work when appropriate, located at Northmarq’s Minneapolis, MN headquarters.
