Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate - Originations to originate CRE debt, perform financial modeling, due diligence, and prepare investment memos and management presentations. Develop and maintain extensive pro-forma cash flow models, run scenarios for sensitivity analyses, analyze real estate data in a fast-paced environment, and support senior lenders in deal execution from origination through closing. Required Qualifications
