Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Banking (REB) Client Associate supports relationship management and business development for real estate clients, assisting REB Client Executives with financial modeling, market sizing, client planning analysis, and risk/compliance tasks within the Banking Associate program. The role focuses on delivering value-added solutions to clients and prospects, fostering internal partnerships across Risk, Product Specialists, Treasury Services, Real Estate Investment Banking, and other groups, and progressing through Associate levels toward more senior roles such as Client Executive. The position emphasizes building client relationships, contributing to revenue growth over the life of the relationship, and maintaining adherence to policy and regulatory standards. Skills emphasized include advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Word, strong communication, analytical capabilities, attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive/creative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Superior Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Superior analytical, quantitative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail, as well as a proactive and creative mindset
