Job Summary
Provide outstanding client service through communication, legal advice, negotiations, and drafting for a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of commercial, retail, industrial, multi-residential, and mixed-use properties. Develop creative solutions to advance files and sustain competitive advantage. Requires at least five years of post-call experience in commercial real estate, corporate transaction formation, and small business matters. Candidates must work well under pressure, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. Required Qualifications
- at least five (5) consecutive years' post-call experience in commercial real estate transactions and related documents
- experience in executing and advising on corporate transactions such as the formation and organization of ownership entities (e.g., corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships)
- experience in small business transactions
