Job Summary
Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on commercial real estate matters, structuring and executing acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across office, retail, logistics, healthcare, and data center asset classes. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and joint venture agreements while managing due diligence including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews. Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion and collaborate with tax, construction, and planning teams. Requires a JD from an accredited US law school, five to seven years of commercial real estate experience, and Colorado Bar admission or pending. This hybrid role is based in Denver, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited US law school
- Five to seven years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm
- Colorado Bar admission or admission pending
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Exposure to institutional clients, private equity funds and REITs
- Familiarity with real estate development and capital markets structures
