Job Summary
Entry-level Analyst in commercial real estate valuation supports licensed senior appraisers by accessing proprietary/public resources to prepare appraisal/valuation reports across a range of CRE properties. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, performing research, compiling data, conducting market surveys, and confirming property transaction details. The role combines desk and field work, with training provided and opportunities to gain skills in real estate finance, market analysis, and investment analysis. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong research and analytical abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate or Economics or related discipline
- 1 - 3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred
- Strong quantitative skills with experience building real estate valuation models
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be a collaborative team player
- Ability to contribute to a positive culture
- Good judgment
- Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Reliable high-speed internet as projects may require work from home occasionally to meet assignment due dates
- Argus Enterprise experience a plus
