Produce detailed commercial real estate valuation reports and support client growth in Vancouver. Leverage AACI designation and Argus Enterprise to conduct high-quality valuations, market research, and business development. Foster client relationships and deliver outstanding service while promoting the Colliers brand and collaborating with in-house Marketing & Research teams to drive strategic growth in the Vancouver market. Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, apply industry knowledge to enhance processes, and contribute to innovative projects and training that advance your career within a global real estate services firm.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience
- AACI designation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred)
- Established client relationships and a growing book of business
