Job Summary
The Commercial Real Estate Analyst will support top producing commercial real estate debt and equity origination teams by executing capital markets assignments, developing pro-forma financials and cash flow models, and conducting market research. Responsibilities include reviewing property rent rolls and operating statements, assisting with lender inquiries, coordinating transaction documentation, and managing client follow-ups. Ideal candidates will possess strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years commercial real estate experience in capital advisory, banking or valuation
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or commercial real estate required
- Superior financial modeling skills utilizing Excel and Argus
- High attention to detail in analytical assessments and valuations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and productively during time-sensitive situations
- Flexible attitude with the ability to handle change effectively
- Availability for North American Travel
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with CoStar and other data sources
- Experience with PowerPoint and other presentation software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
