Job Summary
This 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role focuses on advising clients and closing transactions in commercial real estate. Responsibilities include market investment properties to internal teams and investors, preparing property analyses (including BOVs and comps), marketing exclusive listings, negotiating offers, developing and managing long-term client relationships, and leveraging mentorship and training to build and scale a personal business. Candidates should be motivated by performance-based environments, capable of critical thinking, quick learning, and strong communication, with a real estate license and several years of relevant experience. The position emphasizes earnings potential based on commissions and does not include company-paid benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Three plus years of continuous professional work experience, preferably in sales or real estate
- A real estate license is required but is not needed for the interview process
