Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Agent representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial transactions across office, retail, industrial, and land assets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation; conducting market research and financial analysis to advise on pricing, leasing, and investment opportunities; creating and presenting property listings, offering memorandums, and marketing materials; negotiating lease agreements and purchase contracts; coordinating property tours, site visits, and client meetings; maintaining knowledge of market trends, property values, and zoning regulations; collaborating with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful closings; building and maintaining long-term client relationships and portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (Commercial real estate experience preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial real estate, real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven, commission-oriented mindset
- Ability to analyze financial data, investment metrics, and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial real estate platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
