Job Summary
Make outbound calls to owners of gas stations and commercial properties to introduce Luna Fuels and discuss potential sale opportunities. Qualify prospects based on interest, timeline, pricing expectations, and property details while building relationships with decision-makers. Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team, maintaining accurate lead information and call notes in Microsoft Excel. Meet daily and weekly outbound call and lead generation goals. Work onsite in Lahore from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Requires 1+ year of experience in cold calling or related sales roles.

- 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or a related sales role
- Experience in commercial real estate or B2B sales
- Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Strong English speaking ability with a neutral accent
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to build rapport and professionally overcome objections
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Must be available for night shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
- Onsite work in Lahore
