Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Account Manager responsible for servicing a commercial real estate portfolio in compliance with servicing agreements and laws. Essential duties include monitoring portfolio performance, implementing servicing directives, performing intensive loan servicing for underperforming or reperforming loans, analyzing cash flows, recommending actions to the Watchlist Committee, generating income via transaction fees and late charges, and overseeing loan payments, delinquencies, reserve disbursements, insurance, taxes, and payoffs. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and experience with loan servicing systems (RECWeb) and commercial mortgage knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or experience commensurate with position grade
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Efficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
