Commercial Rating Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Rate new, renewal, and endorsement transactions for multiple lines of business and states across various systems. Issue and process policies and endorsements while applying and interpreting rating manuals, statistical plans, ISO bulletins, and processing manuals. Maintain acceptable productivity levels established by management and perform tasks with minimal direction from a supervisor. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely issuance when additional information is needed. Assist the supervisor in technical training of other rater/coders, support reports, troubleshoot issues, and deliver on special projects and initiatives by established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 years working with property/liability rating
- 3 years as a Commercial Rater dealing with multiple states and lines of business
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with garage liability
