Commercial Quality Senior Specialist

Job Summary
Manage product quality acceptance, market release, and returned goods activities by guiding and monitoring 3PL warehouse operations, handling issues, and reviewing records. Oversee product destruction, temperature assessment for inbound transportation, and traceability through E-code master data and shipping label updates. Administer distributor qualifications, manage GxP training assignments and compliance metrics, and support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality risk assessments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in digitalization projects to enhance operational efficiency and system compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy, medicine, biochemistry or a related field
- Quality and Compliance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both the local language and English
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft software and presentation
- Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement and optimization
- Strong pharmaceutical products and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of pharmaceutical product development, qualification, manufacturing, packaging, validation, testing, release and distribution processes
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and GxP
Desired Qualifications
- ≥2 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical or related industry
- Ideally with a mix of Quality and Compliance (GxP), Distribution Warehouse management
- Licensed pharmacist
