Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of Medical Place 1, ensuring the building remains well-maintained, fully occupied, and financially sound while bridging the gap between property owners and healthcare tenants. Conduct routine property rounds and coordinate tenant onboarding, buildouts, and move-in/move-out processes to support clinical workflows and patient care delivery. Resolve tenant concerns, facility issues, and service-related complaints promptly in coordination with system departments, vendors, and leadership. Manage vendor services for maintenance, environmental services, security, and building systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare and real estate standards. Identify key performance indicators including occupancy, operating expenses, and tenant satisfaction to support informed decision-making and annual business planning. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments including clinical operations, facilities management, and compliance to ensure operational readiness and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of Property Management experience
- 5-10+ years of Management experience
- Possess real estate license
- Bachelor's Degree in property management or a related real estate field
- Strong knowledge of finance and commercial medical building operations
- Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
- Ability to work at a fast pace and to prioritize multiple assignments/projects, respond to numerous requests, work collaboratively and manage effectively a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
- Ability to listen, communicate effectively and express ideas clearly following appropriate channels of communication; and requires using relationship-building skills on a daily basis
- Ability to read, understand and communicate effectively in English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
