Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of office buildings and retail space in the Greater Los Angeles area, including coordinating vendor activity, handling service orders, and ensuring lease compliance and high ownership standards. Responsible for annual income/expense budgeting, accounts receivable, variance reporting, and quarterly re-forecasting; maintains property files and prepares records. Builds strong relationships with tenants, guests, city officials, and staff; develops and implements programs to enhance tenant experiences. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office; prior experience in commercial property management and leasing/tenant management is essential.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years of Commercial Property Management Experience
- Experience with leasing & tenant management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Budget experience – ability to review financials and provide variance explanations
- Intermediate knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint)
