Commercial Property Manager

Commercial Property Manager sought to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets in Wollongong. Responsibilities include proactive portfolio management, primary liaison for property inquiries, relationship management with clients, tenants, vendors and contractors, conducting inspections and asset optimisation, assessing service contracts and vendor agreements, budgeting aligned with client objectives, lease renewals and arrears administration, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements and CPD training. The role requires several years of proven commercial property management experience, strong financial literacy, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and technical proficiency with property technology and Microsoft Office 365. Must hold NSW Real Estate Class 2 Licence, a current Australian driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle, and valid right to work in Australia.
